Collection

The Colisa ichthyological sample collection is the result of combining historical and recent samples, collected by the units of the ORE DiaPFC sites, in partnership with the French Office for Biodiversity (OFB) as part of the OFB-INRAE-Institut Agro-UPPA cluster on migratory fish. The Alpine Lake Observatory (SOERE_OLA) also contributes to this collection.

Databases / Datasets

The ORE DiaPFC's information system collates all resources (metadata, data, procedures, etc.) related to its observation, experimentation and collection activities.

Since 2021, data on migratory fish collected in the framework of the ORE DiaPFC have been included in the national programme for data collection in support of scientific advice for the European Union (EU) Common Fisheries Policy, to meet the obligations of EU regulations on fisheries management.

In this context, INRAE and the OFB contribute to the National Work Program led by the DPMA of the French Ministry of the Environment . This programme is financially supported by the European Fund for Maritime Affairs, Fisheries and Aquaculture (FEAMPA).
